Neighbourhood Emergency Alert System

When seconds matter, your group knows.

Safety amplified.

Sliding the alert control right and holding it for two seconds attempts to create an encrypted emergency incident and asks push services to notify eligible devices in your active group. With the right platform approval and device permissions, NWatch uses critical and alarm channels to make alerts harder to miss.

Important: NWatch is not a replacement for your local emergency number or emergency services. Always call your local emergency number in a life-threatening emergency.

Built for real emergencies

One purpose: get the right people involved when seconds matter.

Neighbourhood watch alert

A resident spots suspicious activity. One alert can ask push services to notify eligible group devices, without the noise of a group chat.

Strata or building incident

A fire alarm, flood, or after-hours incident in an apartment block. Trusted group members can raise a high-priority alert to participating devices.

Household safety

A teenager, parent, or elderly relative feels unsafe or has a medical event. NWatch attempts urgent delivery to their trusted family group.

How It Works

Emergency alerts in three steps

01

Join Your Group

Your community manager shares a short invite code. Sign in with Google, passwordless email, or Microsoft when enabled, or with Apple on iPhone, enter the code — you're in.

02

Slide Right and Hold

When something's wrong, slide the alert control right and hold it for two seconds. Completing the hold attempts to store the encrypted incident and asks push services to notify eligible recipient devices; it does not confirm receipt.

03

Delivery Is Attempted

NWatch asks push services to notify eligible registered devices belonging to the other active group members. Delivery, sound and response depend on push-service acceptance, network, permissions and device readiness.

This is a manual enquiry, not a live group search. Enter your details and we will prepare an email in your mail app. Nothing is sent until you review the message and press Send.

Why NWatch

Built for the moment that matters

Critical alerts

Uses iOS Critical Alerts and Android alarm capabilities, where permitted and enabled, to make urgent alerts harder to miss.

Post-quantum encryption

ML-KEM + AES-256-GCM protects each recipient's alert envelope, with restricted and audited service recovery.

No continuous location tracking

No continuous tracking. Your saved address stays on your device; address and optional GPS leave it only inside an encrypted alert envelope.

Manager Dashboard

Community managers get a dedicated web portal to create groups, generate invite codes, moderate members, review readiness, reveal and resolve incidents, and manage billing.

Focused simplicity

No social feed or engagement loop. Sign in, join a group, enter the details your group needs, review the warning, and confirm.

Community Curated

Each group is managed by a trusted local leader. They control membership via invite codes and can pause or remove anyone who misuses the system.

Pricing

Simple, transparent pricing

NWatch bills the Community Manager or organisation that holds the group licence. Individual members are not billed by NWatch.

Billing status: paid enrolment opens only when the manager portal confirms a verified live Stripe catalogue; a sandbox checkout is not a paid subscription.

Discuss a 100-seat group
How it works: The Community Manager purchases and maintains the group licence. NWatch does not bill individual members. Any contribution arrangement is private and optional between the manager and their members.
Extra 10-seat packs: packs 2–5 are A$199 each/year or A$19.99 each/month. Packs 6–10 are A$149 each/year or A$14.99 each/month. A 100-seat group is the normal admission ceiling; larger exceptions are reviewed by NWatch.
Institutional arrangements: councils, strata bodies and other multi-group organisations can contact us privately about bounded groups, onboarding and invoice or purchase-order billing. These are separately agreed arrangements, not a fifth self-serve package.

30-day trial: an eligible new self-serve manager may be offered no charge today with a card required. The portal must show the exact first-charge date and total in the selected currency; the selected subscription then renews automatically unless cancelled online. If that dated offer is absent, do not assume a trial applies.

Taxes are shown at checkout where applicable.

NWatch is operated by Robert Evans (ABN 94 037 705 984) under the RME Solutions Technology brand. Your receipt or card statement may show RME SOLUTIONS. Prices are shown in local currency; applicable taxes are calculated and shown before payment. Larger group, council, strata or custom deployment? Contact us and we'll discuss the appropriate group structure.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Before paying, Checkout must identify the seller, recurring amount and the card-statement descriptor. Live self-serve enrolment will open only after online cancellation through Manage billing has been verified. Once open, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops future renewals and your group normally keeps working until the end of the paid period. See Support for refunds and billing questions.
