Neighbourhood Emergency Alert System

When seconds matter, your group knows.

Safety amplified.

One deliberate two-second hold starts an encrypted alert for your trusted group. NWatch uses high-priority notification channels, where available, to help the people who know you respond quickly.

For life-threatening emergencies, call your local emergency number. NWatch helps alert your trusted group alongside professional emergency services.
Critical Alerts
High-priority delivery
Minimal account data

Built for real emergencies

One purpose: get the right people involved when seconds matter.

Neighbourhood watch alert

A resident spots suspicious activity. One focused alert reaches the participating group devices and gives neighbours a clear moment to respond.

Strata or building incident

A fire alarm, flood, or after-hours incident in an apartment block. Trusted group members can raise a high-priority alert to participating devices.

Household safety

A teenager, parent, or elderly relative feels unsafe or has a medical event. NWatch raises an urgent alert for their trusted family group.

How It Works

Emergency alerts in three steps

01

Join Your Group

Your community manager shares a short invite code. Sign in securely, enter the code, and your trusted group is ready in the app.

02

Slide Right and Hold

When something is wrong, slide the alert control right and hold for two seconds. NWatch encrypts the incident for each recipient and starts delivery to your group.

03

Your People Are Alerted

Eligible devices receive a high-priority notification, subject to network and device settings. Your group can then coordinate and resolve the incident.

Tell us where you are and we will prepare an email for your review. Send it when you are ready, and our team will check for a participating community group.

If you send the email, we use these details only to respond to your enquiry under our Privacy Policy. We do not publish private groups or automatically share your details with a manager.

Why NWatch

Built for the moment that matters

Critical alerts

Uses iOS Critical Alerts and Android alarm capabilities, where permitted and enabled, to make urgent alerts harder to miss.

Post-quantum encryption

ML-KEM + AES-256-GCM protects each recipient's alert envelope, with restricted and audited service recovery.

Location stays in your control

Your saved address stays on your device. Address and optional GPS are shared only inside an encrypted alert when you choose to send one.

Manager Dashboard

Community managers get a dedicated web portal to create groups, generate invite codes, moderate members, review readiness, reveal and resolve incidents, and manage billing.

Focused simplicity

Every screen serves the alert journey: join your group, review the essentials, send deliberately, coordinate, and resolve.

Community Curated

Each group is managed by a trusted local leader. They control membership via invite codes and can pause or remove anyone who misuses the system.

Pricing

Simple, transparent pricing

One licence covers the group. The Community Manager or organisation chooses the seat allowance and manages billing on behalf of its members.

Launch status: self-serve billing is being readied. The manager portal confirms availability and shows the full total before any payment.

Discuss a 100-seat group
How it works: The Community Manager or organisation purchases and maintains the group licence. Any contribution arrangement stays private and optional between the manager and their members.
Extra 10-seat packs: packs 2–5 are A$199 each/year or A$19.99 each/month. Packs 6–10 are A$149 each/year or A$14.99 each/month. A 100-seat group is the normal admission ceiling; larger exceptions are reviewed by NWatch.
Institutional arrangements: councils, strata bodies and other multi-group organisations can contact us privately about bounded groups, onboarding and invoice or purchase-order billing. We shape these arrangements around the organisation and the communities it serves.

30-day trial: eligible new self-serve managers may receive a trial. The portal confirms the offer, first-charge date and total before enrolment; subscriptions can be managed or cancelled online.

Taxes are shown at checkout where applicable.

NWatch is operated by Robert Evans (ABN 94 037 705 984) under the RME Solutions Technology brand. Your receipt or card statement may show RME SOLUTIONS. Prices are shown in local currency; applicable taxes are calculated and shown before payment. Larger group, council, strata or custom deployment? Contact us and we'll discuss the appropriate group structure.

Payments are processed by Stripe for RME Solutions Technology. Checkout shows the seller, recurring amount, applicable taxes and card-statement descriptor before confirmation. Managers can use Manage billing to view invoices, update payment details or cancel future renewals. See Support for refunds and billing questions.
